Jorge is a global executive with over 29 years of responsible and progressive experience in global human resources and operations management. His experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the Fun Spot Human Resources department. His professional career includes logistics management, sales, startup consultancy, and executive global human resources in more than 32 countries at some of the world’s biggest companies, including Walmart, Pepsi, AeroMexico, ProMujer, Preemptive Love, and SeaWorld. He is passionate about helping others, and his creative and disruptive ideas lead him to implement unique initiatives with the goal of creating a better world to work and live in. Jorge has built and managed HR teams on a regional, national, and global basis. He has also successfully developed and implemented HR strategies to align with and strengthen operations. His philosophy is to be with the people and listen to their needs and his vision is to create a better workforce, one employee at a time.
